Well. CHA is over. The booth is packed and headed back to NH. It is unbelievable how fast the hall goes from exhibit to rough walls. People pack up so quickly!
Digital was on everyone's mind and I think in the next few months it will really grow. All the scrapbook magazines seem to be planning a digital issue. Plus of course, Scrapbook Dimensions and Digital Scrapbooking magazines are launching soon.
There was lots of interest in hybrid projects. Everyone seems to love the idea of combining paper and digital which makes a lot of sense. In our booth Mary's recipe box drew lots of attention. She had a altered a Basic Gray recipe box in a class taught by Pam of 123Scraps - that link is an example of Pam's creation with paper with decorations. Then it was filled with recipe cards ( made with Recipes) which were printed at Costco. A neat quick project that combines the best of both the paper and digital scrapbooking. I bet we will see lots of digital and paper combinations coming up soon. And I can't wait!
