This one's a bit labor intensive but will worth it. Since I live in NH, Spanish spices like Spanish saffron, Spanish sherry vinegar and pimenton which is a Spanish paprika aren't available so I just substituted my own spices and it was wonderful! Probably made it a bit cheaper too!
According to NPR the creator of this recipe is chef Jose Andres from the Made in Spain cooking show on PBS. And his cost was $9.71
