Digital scrapbooking is all about making layouts (also called LO) {nothing to do with laying low...}. Of course, there are several ways you can do this so all I have described here is one way. In fact, it is step by step instructions for making one LO. But the techniques can be used in any LO. So you can find the whole tutorial (and print it out if you want) at Making Your First Layout It just seems easier to give you the link, than do the whole thing again here! :-)
There are a zillion (roughly speaking) things you can do and rather than go through each one step by step I decided to post my LO in the photo album here. For each LO I have listed some of the techniques I used and written a tutorial - that way you can see what I'm talking about. I'm more of a visual person so I thought this might be easier. And then I have written out just what I did to get that effect. Now you can browse through my album and if something catches your eye, you can see how I did it. :-) One more thing....I am trying hard to keep up but this stuff takes time (ummm....actually a lot of time...) and so I may not have everything done all the time. But I'll try! Ok?
So here's the link: Layout How To's
Just wanted to tell you that you've got a GREAT site here.. very helpful indeed for beginners like ME.. have a great day!

Thank you for your website. I'm a beginner at scrapbooking, but I love it. It's great to see (I'm visual too) and read about your layouts and how to do them or something similar. No doubt maintaining a website like this (or of any kind) would be like a fulltime job, so thankyou, and please keep up the great work.
