So our anniversary was this week and the digidare was to scrap a love story....the story was easy but I had a hard time finding the right papers and layout. When I used dark papers we looked too old but bright ones looked silly. Geez I must have started this 5 or 6 times. But I guess it was worth it because I finally found something that worked- at least I think so!
Here's the teeny tiny journaling on those two tags - "
Hard to believe it had been that long…but I guess we do look a bit younger in our wedding photo. LOL who would have thought that a chance meeting with an old high school friend would lead to this. Neil invited you to a party – it was one of those cast of thousands affairs where everyone is shoulder to shoulder – the kind you hate. But you came with your girlfriend and I remember talking to her a lot about sailing but I don’t remember talking to you much. You’ve always been a good listener… Anyway here we are. A bit grayer, a few pounds heavier, maybe even a bit wiser. Two kids despite the years and tears of infertility. Several career changes – three for you and two for me. Ups and downs, good times and, well, not so good times. Lived in two states in many different houses and with too many pets to count. Yeah, 1982 to 2006 – that’s quite a long time. So the question is – would I do it again? Yup, you bet!"
