I seem to be in my ususal mid-winter cooking rut so I decided to try some new recipes.
Not all of them had happy endings and the good news is that I won't share those. But here are some that are definitely keepers.
These freeze really well - wrap in plastic wrap or resealable bag and freeze. Pop into a lunch box and it will be thawed by snack time. Substitue any dried fruit. We skip the nuts since nuts aren't allowed at school.
